a Ground-Breaking and Proven Youth Empowerment Model
When visionary leaders founded District 202 in 1992, many people doubted
it could succeed. It has. Even in the last few months, we have received
requests from LGBT youth-supporting programs around the country that are
just beginning and want to build on the success they see in District 202.
The center continues to receive requests for District 202 Youth Speakers,
who share their stories and encourage audiences to help create a hate-free
community beyond District 202.
Strong community support means so much. Thanks to support from individuals

* 30% of District 202's annual expenses are paid by community support.

answer all your questions and help you with details.

District 202 is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. The organization
relies on the generosity of its donors to support programming by and for
lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender youth and their friends.
District 202 receives support from individual donors, employee giving
campaigns, corporate and private foundations, government contracts and
